Shipping Information

Service Areas

The Part Market currently operates in the United States and Canada. All our vendors are based in the United States, its territories, and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Services

Deliveries within the United States are managed by the vendor's chosen service, which may include FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS. Delivery times are determined by the options selected during checkout and the capabilities of the vendor at that time, unless otherwise specified:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Once your item has been handed over to the selected logistics partner, you will receive an email containing your order's tracking number along with a delivery confirmation. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's online tracking portal.

Contactless delivery

Our shipping partners offer contactless delivery. You will receive a notification when your parcel is ready to be delivered. You can then choose a preferred delivery location, such as on your doorstep, through the partner’s portal. Additionally, there are other delivery options available, such as changing the delivery date if you won't be available on the expected delivery day.

Do your vendors ship on the weekend?

Most vendors in the USA are open one day during the weekend. Depending on the vendor's courier, there is a possibility that orders may be distributed over the weekend. Orders placed late on Saturday or on Sunday will typically be processed on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday). For specific details about a vendor's shipping schedule, you can contact the vendor directly.
