How do I return an item?
We have a fully automated online return system. You can follow the steps below.

Log into your account and click on Returns under your Account in the top left side.

Select what part you’re returning
Select whether you wish to return a new part or return a core part. There is a slightly different process for both.

Fill in the form
Fill in the return request form attached to the order.

Pack the item safely
Pack the item safely and securely; the original packaging is best. Follow the instructions provided.

Ship the item
Take the item listed in the instructions to your packing station or arrange a pick up.
What is your return policy?
Each vendor has their own return policy, which can be found on their profile page. Generally, items need to be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If you used the part and found it doesn't fit, and you confirmed your vehicle during checkout, you're covered under our "The Part Fits" assurance policy, guaranteeing a full refund. The Part Market is a marketplace that operates like a broker. This means you don’t buy directly from us but through us from the vendor. We connect you to vendors nationwide to promptly serve your needs. Therefore, you will receive the part and the return details from the vendor you purchased from.

Does The Part Market pay for return shipping?
The Part Market does not pay for return shipping. The vendors that we have on our marketplace have agreements with courier services that can provide these services. Please check before purchase if the vendor you wish to purchase from has a return shipping agreement. You can find that information on the product detail page. If you are returning a part because it doesn’t fit, shipping is covered under 'The Part Fits' assurance policy.
