At TPM, we strive to provide a seamless and secure shopping experience for our buyers. Our Money Back Guarantee is designed to ensure that buyers can shop with confidence, knowing they are protected in the event of certain issues. Please review the following conditions to understand the eligibility criteria and procedures associated with our Money Back Guarantee.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the TPM Money Back Guarantee, buyers must adhere to the following conditions:
- Complete and pay for the purchase on the TPM portal.
- Ensure that the entire payment process occurs within the TPM portal. Transactions involving payments outside of the TPM portal are not covered by the Money Back Guarantee.
Item Delivery and Refund
- Sellers are required to deliver the item to the address specified in the Order details.
- If the item fails to arrive at the provided address or is not available for collection, the buyer must report non-delivery within the period from the day of expected delivery to 30 days after the expected delivery date.
- Sellers must respond within 3 days of the report date, providing tracking information, delivery updates, or a refund.
- The buyer is entitled to a full refund, including original shipping costs, from the seller.
Non-Coverage Instances
Buyers are not covered under the Money Back Guarantee in the following situations:
- Items collected by a third party on behalf of the buyer.
- Buyer-arranged alternative shipping methods
- Providing an invalid or incorrect address at checkout.
- Failure to collect the item within the specified timeframe after being notified of its availability for collection.
Mismatched Items, Damage, or Faulty Products
- Buyers reporting mismatched items, damage, or faults must do so within 30 days of receiving the item or within the seller's stated returns window.
- Sellers must deliver items as described in the listing, and buyers are entitled to a refund for mismatched, damaged, or faulty items.
- Buyers and sellers may agree to alternative solutions, such as partial refunds or replacements.
Returns for Any Reason
- If the listing specifies returns, buyers can return items for any reason within the seller's return policy.
- Sellers must allow returns for a full refund, and original shipping costs may be excluded from the refund.
- Failure to meet return requirements may result in a partial or no refund.
Return Process
- Buyers must request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Sellers must respond within the return request, offer a solution, and honor their stated return policy.
- The seller's return address should be up to date.
- Buyers must return items in the same condition received.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Buyer's Change of Mind
- Returns due to a change of mind are subject to the seller's return policy.
- Returns should use tracked shipping for validation.
- A successful return requires a "delivered" or "attempted delivery" status, the date of delivery or attempted delivery, and a recipient's address matching the specified return address.
